滋膵降糖方对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Zicuijiangtang Prescription on the Function of PancreaticβCells in Patients with Type 2Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的观察滋膵降糖方对初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法将120例初发T2DM患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例予以中药滋膵降糖方干预,1剂/d,分2次口服;对照组60例予以吡格列酮15mg/次,1次/d;两组疗程均为8w。观察治疗前后两组血糖、胰岛素、李氏β细胞功能指数(MBCI)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的变化。结果治疗后两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后1h血糖(1hPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)均较治疗前显著下降,ISI及MBCI显著升高(P<0.01);治疗组1hPG、2hPG及MBCI均较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对于初发T2DM患者,滋膵降糖方和吡格列酮均有改善胰岛β细胞功能、增加胰岛素敏感性及控制血糖的作用,但滋膵降糖方改善胰岛β细胞功能的效果优于吡格列酮。 Objective To observe the influence of Zicuijiangtang Prescription on the function of pancreatic β cells in patients with initially-occurred type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods One hundred and twenty patients with initially-occurred T2DM were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 60), which was orally intervened by Zicuijiangtang Prescription one dosage daily in twice doses,and control group (n= 60), that was given ploglitazone 15 mg each time,once daily,8 weeks as a course of treatment. The changes of blood glucose,insulin,Lee 's modified β-cetl function indexes (MBCI) and insulin sensitivity indexes (ISI) in two groups were observed. Results After treatment,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),plasma glucose 1 h our after meal (1 h PG) and plasma glucose 2 hour after meal(2 h PG) of two groups decreased significantly than treatment before, whereas MBCI and ISI increased evidently (P〈0.01); improved 1 h PG,2 h PG and MBCI in treatment group were more remarkable than that in control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion For patients with initially-occurred T2DM,Zicuijiangtang Prescription is better than ploglitazone in improving insulin 13-cell function, increasing insulin sensitivity and controlling blood glucose.
