摘要
目的研究同伴教育对流动儿童监护人知、信、行的影响。方法随机抽取两个流动人口聚居地接种单位进行干预和对照分析。结果干预组与对照组预防接种点各调查流动儿童监护人60名,干预组与对照组流动儿童监护人对儿童预防接种认知情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.18,P<0.01)。干预组与对照组流动儿童一类疫苗预防接种调查情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.02,P<0.05)。结论实施同伴教育的流动人口聚居地儿童监护人对预防接种的认知和行为有明显的改观,有利于流动人口聚居地儿童的预防接种工作。
Objective To evaluate how the peer education has effects on the awareness,believes and behaves of transient children's guardians on immune vaccination.Methods Two vaccination units on the migrant population settlements were selected randomly to conduct intervention on immune vaccination,comparison and analyzing.Results By comparing the group which conducted peer education with the one not,there were all statistical meaningful differences that had been shown.Conclusion The peer education has remarkable effects on improving guardian's awareness and behaves of immune vaccination on the migrant population settlements,which is conductive to the immune vaccination of children on the migrant population settlements.
