3.0T磁共振DTI纤维追踪技术在锥体束Wallerian变性中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨3.0T磁共振DTI纤维追踪技术在锥体束Wallerian变性中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析42例锥体束Wallerian变性的3.0T磁共振DTI纤维束追踪技术成像表现,选用延髓、中脑、内囊后肢三个感兴趣区中的两个进行双侧锥体束追踪技术成像,并测量双侧椎体束各向异性(fractional anisotropy,FA)值进行比较。结果 42例Wallerian变性患者,原发病变分别为脑梗死22例,脑出血9例,脑外伤5例,脑肿瘤5例,脑白质脱髓鞘1例。原发病变同侧锥体束表现稀疏减少30例;中断、破坏12例。42例患者患侧与对侧锥体束平均FA值分别为(0.327±0.145)vs(0.485±0.132),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3.0T磁共振DTI纤维追踪技术可以三维直观地显示Wallerian变性椎体束异常改变,并能定量分析,对其诊断及判断预后具有重要价值。
