摘要
目的探讨中西医结合卒中单元综合治疗脑卒中患者的临床疗效,为脑卒中临床选择治疗方案提供参考。方法将596例脑卒中患者随机分为实验组(300例)和对照组(296例)。治疗组给予中西医结合卒中单元综合治疗;对照组给予以普通西医治疗。比较2组治疗前后的日常生活活动(ADL)Barthel指数、神经功能缺损程度及Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA评分)。结果治疗后2组神经功能缺损程度评分比治疗前显著降低,Barthel指数比治疗前显著增高,但实验组神经功能缺损程度评分(1.44±6.27)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组FMA评分(53.44±7.53)与Barthel指数(61.21±9.41)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合卒中单元综合治疗能明显改善脑卒中患者神经功能缺损,运动功能和日常生活能力。
Objective To dicuss the clinical efficacy of traditional chinese and west medicine combined with stroke unit in treating stroke patients to provide evidence for clinical medical decision-making.Methods Totally 596stroke patients were randomly divided into the experimental group（300cases）and the control group（296cases）.The experimental group accepted the traditional chinese and west medicine combined with stroke unit,whlie the control group adopted the general west medicine.ADL Barthel index number,degree of nervous functional defects and Fugl-Meyer assessment（FMA grade）were known as evaluation indexes to analyze the condition of two groups before and after treatment.Results The degree of nervous functional defects significantly decreased,while FMA grade and Barthel index number of two groups significantly increased after treatment.The nervous functional defect of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and The FMA grade and Barthel index of experimental group was higher than these of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional chinese and west medicine with combined stroke unit,a kind of curative effect definite medical model,can significantly improve the mervous functiond defect,moter tunction and daily Living activity of stroke patients.
