摘要
目的分析我院外科围术期预防用抗生素的用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2012年3～7月(干预前)与2012年8～12月(干预后)收治的外科常见的4种部位的手术患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果实施干预措施后,我院围术期使用的抗生素种类由干预前的18种减少到干预后的12种;不合理用药率降低,合理用药率增加。结论实施干预措施后,我院外科围术期抗生素预防用药逐渐规范化、科学化,用药更加合理。
Objective To explore the effect of interventions of prophylactic use of antibiotics during the preoperative period. Methods Clinical data of surgical patients with four common sites from March to July 2012 （before intervention） and from August to December 2012 （after intervention） were retrospectively analyzed. Results After interventions, the types of antibiotics were decreased from 18 to 12. The rate of irrational drug was reduced and use, rational use rate was increased. Conclusions After intervention, the use of prophylaxis antibiotics in our hospital was gradually standard, scientific and more reasonable during perioperative period.
