摘要
肺移植术是目前终末期肺疾病可选择的唯一有效方法。尽管在过去的50年中,肺移植的技术有了长足的进步,但它仍是一个复杂而富有挑战性的过程。肺移植的患者也成为众多短期和长期并发症的高危人群。本文总结了近几年肺移植的国内外现状及研究进展,包括制约肺移植发展的主要障碍等。
Lung transplantation （LT） remains the only available option for patients with end-stage lung disease. Despite great advances over the past 50 years, LT remains a complex and technically challenging procedure, and patients are at risk for numerous short term and long term complications. This paper summarizes the circumstances and progress of LT in recent years both at home and abroad including thc main obstacle restricting the development of LT, and the current situation of LT in China.
