摘要
目的观察低水平铅染毒对幼鼠脾脏显微结构的影响。方法断乳昆明种小鼠自由饮用不同浓度醋酸铅溶液(0.025%,0.05%,0.075%,0.1%),8周后处死小鼠光镜下观察小鼠脾脏结构的改变。结果对照组和0.025%醋酸铅染毒组的白髓、红髓结构无明显异常;而0.05%、0.075%、0.1%醋酸铅染毒组的脾脏白髓发育不良,淋巴小结个数较正常对照组明显减少,且无明显的生发中心,动脉周围淋巴鞘内淋巴细胞稀疏,白髓与红髓分界不清。结论一定时间的低水平铅染毒对小鼠免疫系统有抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of low level lead exposure on the morphological alterations of spleen in mice. Methods: The experimental mice were divided into five groups, which had been oral fed with different concentrations of lead acetate ( the 0. 025% ,0.05% , 0. 075% ,0. 1% group) or distilled water( the control group) for 8 weeks respectively. The structural alterations of spleen in mice were observed by light microscope. Results: The structures of spleen had hardly any alternations between the 0. 025% group and the control group. On the contrary, the morphological structure of spleens in the 0.05% , 0. 075% and 0. 1% groups could be observed as follows: The white pulp did not well develop, the number of splenic nodules decreased evidently, no germinal center could be found clearly. In addition, the lymphocytes in peripheral lymphatic sheath were sparse, and no clear boundary could be determined between white pulp and red pulp. Conclusion: The results suggested that low level of lead exposure inhibit immune system in mice.
