摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件的APDL语言对塔机底盘结构进行参数化建模、添加边界条件及加载求解,获得了工作和非工作状态下底盘结构的最大应力和总体最大变形,完成了对底盘结构在3种不同工况下的静强度校核.
This paper uses APDL language of finite element software ANSYS to do parametric modeling and add boundary condition and load solution for tower crane chassis structure. The maximum stress and general maximum deformation of chassis structure in both working state and non-working state are obtained,and the static strength check of chassis structure under three different conditions is finished.
