空间可展天线索网反射面形面偏差分析

摘要 在航天领域,索网结构主要是用于支撑空间可展天线反射面以使其形成需要的曲面形状。索网结构直接影响着天线的工作性能,因此对其进行分析研究非常必要。为此,首先对空间可展天线上常用的四种索网结构(无环辐射状索网,有环辐射状索网,准地测索网,三向索网)的组成进行叙述,而后通过对单根索的受力变形关系分析,建立整个索网结构的受力与变形间的关系式;其次,利用力密度法建立索网结构的节点位置与索内力关系式,并利用优化方法获得各索段的内力;最后,根据索内力获得节点的位移,进一步求得各索网结构的形面偏差。通过形面偏差的计算结果表明:三向索网的形面偏差最小,其工作性能最好。 In the field of aerospace, the string-net structure is used mainly to support rellector oI tne deployable antenna in order to make it shape the required curved surface. As it has a direct influence on the performance of the antenna, it is necessary to analyze it. Thus, at first this paper makes an a- nalysis of 4 kinds of string-net structures(non-toroidal radial string-net, toroidal radial string-net, tri- angular string-net, three-directional string-net) used usually in deployable antenna, deduces the rela- tion between force and deforming for a string, and obtains the relation for the whole string-net struc- ture. Secondly, an equation for the relation between positions of the nodes and inner forces in the strings is set up with the method of force density. The method of optimization is used to get inner forces in the strings. Finally, displacements of the nodes are solved with the inner forces to determine the shape error for the four string-net structures. The consequence of comparing the four string-net structures according to the results of the shape errors shows that the three-direction string-net struc- ture has the least shape error and best work performance.
