摘要
一种基于力密度的优化找形方法,可提高周边桁架可展开天线的网面精度和索段预拉力的均匀性,该方法以索段的力密度为设计变量,索网网面精度及索段预拉力均匀性为目标函数,索网的力密度方程为约束函数,优化得到网面的初始平衡态。算例结果表明,通过该方法能够获得相对较高的网面精度和较均匀的索网预拉力。
To improve the surface accuracy of AstroMesh deployable reflector and the uniformity of the pre-tensions, a form-finding optimization based on force-density method is presented. With the force-density of all cables as design variables, the surface accuracy of the cable net and the uniformity of the pre-tensions as objectives, the force-density equations as constraints, an optimization was used to determine the initial shape of the cable net. The result, derived from the proposed method, provided high surface accuracy and uniform pre-tensions.
