摘要
目前国内外液压盘刹设计安全冗余度较大,工作油压长期处于较低水平,造成了刹车系统效率低、低载阶段的制动性能差。而刹车阀的单一线性调压特性,也无法满足不同钻井作业工况的特殊要求。笔者提出了液压盘刹自动换挡调压控制新技术,通过AMESim建模仿真,并对钻机盘刹进行了综合试验,自动换挡调压工作正常,实现了节能降耗、低载荷精细调压和多种调压特性等功能。结果表明:自动换档调压技术较好地解决当前钻机盘刹控制存在的缺点,是一项具有自主创新的盘刹控制新技术。
At present, hydraulic disk brake has been working under lower pressure for a long term, because of its bigger designed safety redundancy at home and abroad. The lower work hydraulic pressure led to low efficiency of the brake system, poor braking characteristics at low load. At the same time, the existing single linear pressure regulating characteristics of brake valve cannot meet the special requirements of different drilling operation modes. To solve the problems, the hydraulic disk brake control new technology of automatic shift pressure regulating is put forward in this paper. The comprehensive test to rig disk brake is completed through the AMESim modeling simulation The results show that automatic shift pressure regulating technique has a variety of functions, such as saving energy and reducing consumption, fine pressure control at low load and more regulating characteristics of electrical brake handle. It can avoid the disadvantages of the current rig disk brake control, and embodies a kind of independent innovation.
