摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对中、美、日三国学生体质健康标准测试指标及其演进进行了比较研究.给我们的启示是:篮球运球、足球运球、排球垫球作为可选指标是否会与体育成绩考核相矛盾;反映学生心肺功能指标的耐力跑的距离是否应该加长;台阶试验测试结果可信度需要进一步论证;掷实心球评价标准的分级是否存在问题;反映同一身体素质的指标应该归为同一类目;皮脂厚度测量法更能直接反映学生的身体成份,是否考虑增加该指标等,以期我国的体质健康标准更加完善和合理的反映学生的身体健康状况.
By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this article studies the student physique healthy criterion test index and its evolution of the three countries of China, United States and Japan, from which we can get such revelation: basketball, football, volleyball raising dribble as alternative indicators of whether or not as physical examination results remain contradictory; whether to reflect students' cardiopulmonary function index endurance run distance should be extended~ the test results of step test shot, the credibility of the need for further argument. Classification of the throwing solid ball evaluation criterion reflected in the same physical quality index should be classified into the same catego- ry; sebum thickness measurement method can more directly reflect the body composition of students, whether to consider increasing the project, physical health to our physical health criterion a more complete and more reasonably reflect the students' health state.
