摘要
贵阳和南宁是西部地区两个比较典型的"欠发达、欠开发"省份的省会城市,有很多异同之处。通过对比分析两地在就业方面的困难和问题,寻找西部欠发达城市就业的有利条件和机遇,并对扩大西部欠发达城市社会就业提出对策建议,旨在为西部欠发达城市政府决策提供借鉴意义。
Guiyang and Nanning are the two typical ＂underdeveloped＂ capital cities in the west, with differences in many aspects. With the contrastive analysis of the difficulties and problems in employment in the two cities, the paper aims to explore the favorable condition and opportunities for Western Underdeveloped Cities, and put forward measures and suggestions for the employment in Western Underdeveloped Cities, so as to offer reference for decision making for Western Underdeveloped Cities government.
