摘要
目的:探讨平幽养胃汤治疗小儿幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎(脾胃湿热型)有效机理和疗效观察。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组,治疗组35例服用平幽养胃汤,对照组35例服用克拉霉素加麦滋林,疗程4周,观察临床症状改变,胃粘膜炎症的改变,幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)转阴情况。结果:两组除胃脘疼痛以外,其余诸症治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01);两组胃镜及黏膜病理改变比较结果情况相近(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组H.pylori清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平幽养胃汤治疗小儿幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎(脾胃湿热型)作用明显,具有良好的疗效。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pingyou Yangwei decoction on Children＇s chronic gastritis.Method：Give randomly the patients with Clarithromycin with Marzulene-s and Pinyou Yangwei decoction.The symptoms,signs of the patients were observed.Results：In two groups except epigastric pain,for the rest of the diseases the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）;Two groups of gastroscope and mucosa pathological changes comparison results two groups similar situation（P〈0.05）;Compared between the two groups after treatment,in the treatment group H.pylori clearance rate was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pingyou Yangwei decoction for treating pediatric helicobacter pylori gastritis（spleen and stomach syndrome） has an obvious effect,and has a good curative efficacy.
