摘要
目的:建立大兴安岭苍术药材的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:运用高效液相色谱法,对大兴安岭5批药材进行了指纹图谱测定。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(2)(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃;波长:340nm。结果:HPLC法的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,图谱中主要色谱峰均达到了基线分离。结论:该方法简单,准确可靠,可控性强,为大兴安岭苍术质量控制提供了一种有效、可行的方法。
Objective：To establish a fingerprint analysis method of Atractylodes chinensis（DC.） Koidz.Method：The fingerprint was performed by HPLC Diamonsil C18（2）（20 mm×46 mm,5μm）column;The mobile phase was composed of methanol and water with gradient elution;The flow rate was 1.0mL/min;The temperature of column was 30℃;The UV detection wavelength was 340nm.Results：The HPLC method was accurate,stable and reproducible,and the main peaks in the spectrum were all separated perfectly.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and operable,and can be used to control the quality of Atractylodes chinensis（DC.） Koidz.efficiently and feasibly.
