摘要
综述了竹类植物的化学成分及其药理活性研究进展,提出了竹类植物化学成分研究的发展趋势。竹类植物化学成分主要包括黄酮类、酚酸类、多糖、三萜类、生物碱类、香豆素类等多种类型化合物,竹提取物具有显著的抑菌、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、调节血脂等药理活性,是开发天然药物的理想材料,值得开展深入研究。
The research progress of chemical constituents and their pharmacological activities of bamboo plants was reviewed. The chemical constituents of bamboo include several kinds of compounds, such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, polysaccharides, triter- penes, alkaloids and coumarins, etc. The extracts of bamboo have significant pharmacological activities, for instance, bacterio- stasis, anti-oxidation and anti-aging, antitumor and adjusting lipid etc. They have potential medicinal values for further study.
