摘要
针对齿轮系统在复杂工况下轮齿表面早期复合故障难诊断的问题,分析了轮齿齿面不同故障引起的瞬时传动误差变化的规律,建立了含不同齿面故障的齿轮系统传动误差模型。根据齿轮系统传动误差信号的阶次特征,采用改进陷波滤波的方法,从传动误差信号中分离出轮齿故障引起的传动误差分量信号。经齿轮传动系统实验台实测传动误差信号实验验证,结果证明:传动误差信号信噪比高,轻载变速工况下,经陷波滤波分离的故障传动误差分量信号能够准确反映不同类型的齿面早期故障。
With the difficulty of gear system diagnosis at the complex incipient tooth failure under complex structure and work condition,the transmission error rule of different incipient gear fault is analyzed.The different transmission error models are established and analyzed.According to the order feature of the gear system transmission error signal,the fault component of the transmission error signal from the transmission error signal is isolated by adopting improved notch filtering method.Experimental examples are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.The results show that transmission error signal had high SNR and the fault component of the transmission error signal is good to diagnosis different incipient tooth wear under the light degree load and different speed work condition.
