摘要
利用航空发动机已有的测速齿盘、传感器等装置,研究了一种非接触式的航空发动机转子扭振测量新方法。该方法根据扭转振动将引起测速脉冲信号宽度发生变化,造成转子转速瞬时波动的原理,监测转子是否发生扭振。通过实验和数值仿真对其进行了验证。结果表明,该方法可以监测由于扭振引起的转速波动,实现对转子扭振的测量。
A non-contact new measuring method for torsional vibration of aeroengine rotor is researched,by making use of some kind of instruments like aeroengine speed measurement fluted disc and sensors.This method can be used for monitoring the torsional vibration of rotor based on the principle of that,the torsional vibration can cause the change of the width of rotate speed impulse and it can make the momentary fluctuation of rotate speed.The verification of this method has been done by experiment and numerical simulation.The results show that,this method can be used for monitoring the fluctuation of rotate speed caused by torsional vibration and the measurement of torsional vibration can be realized.
