摘要
提出了采用编码器来测量轴的扭转角方法。测量由编码器发出的脉冲时间间隔可以获得在装置编码器轴断面处的角速度。比较轴两端断面的角速度,可得到扭转角速度和其它有关扭角和扭振信息。研制了测量扭转角的数据采集和处理系统以及相应的软件。试验结果表明所研制的系统能较精确地测量扭角和具有良好的使用性能。
In this paper the method used for measuring the twist angle of roller or shaft by means of codes is presented. Measuring the time intervals between impulses given by code, the angular velocity at that shaft cross section can be obtained, on which code is installed. Comparing angular velocities at two terminal cross sections of shaft, the torsional angular velocity and other information about torsional vibration can also be obtained. The data sampling and processing system for measuring torsional angle and corresponding software for analysis are researched. Experiment shows that researched system can precisely measure torsional angle and has well employable performance.
