狼疮性肾炎的免疫抑制治疗进展 被引量：8

摘要 在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中,有40%～80%的患者有肾脏受累的临床表现。狼疮性肾炎(LN)严重影响狼疮患者的生存率,约20%的LN患者于10年内发展为尿毒症。在过去的几十年对LN的治疗已经开展了很多临床研究,发现了许多有效药物,但在免疫抑制剂的使用上尚未有比较一致的观点,对这些研究进行回顾性分析,提出更合理的治疗LN研究方案,在临床工作中要根据每例患者具体病情等制订个体化治疗方案尤为重要。
