摘要
目的建立以气相色谱法测定复方硫磺洗剂中樟脑的含量方法。方法采用安捷伦公司DB-624毛细管柱(1.8μm,30 m×0.32 mm);载气为氮气,流速2 mL min-1,柱温140℃,进样口和检测器温度均为200℃,FID氢火焰离子化检测器,进样量1μL,分流比10:1。结果樟脑在0.051 25~10.25 mg mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好(r2=1.000 0),平均回收率为100.0%(n=6,RSD为0.42%)。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,精密度好,专属性强,重复性好,回收率高,可准确控制制剂的含量。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography for the content determination of camphora in compound sulfuris lotion.Methods With this method,the ingredient was separated on a DB-624 quartz capillary column of Agilent(1.8 μm,30 m×0.32 mm).The carrier gas was N2,and the flow rate was 2 mL min-1.The column temperature was maintained at 140 ℃,and the injection and detection temperature was 200 ℃.A FID detector was used,and the sample volume was 1 μL,and split ratio was 10 :1.Results A good linearity was obtained between the peak areas and the concentrations of camphora from 0.051 25 to 10.25 mg mL-1(r2= 1.000 0).The average recovery was 100.0%(n = 6,RSD = 0.42%).Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of compound sulfuris lotion.
