摘要
随着人类辅助生殖技术的广泛应用,体外受精(试管内受精,in vitro feritili zation,IVF)的安全性及子代的健康问题受到广泛关注。IVF妊娠并发症包括自然流产、多胎妊娠、异位妊娠、妊娠期高血压疾病等;不良产科结局则主要见于早产、低体重儿、新生儿死亡、出生缺陷、基因印记障碍疾病等。
With the extensive application of the Human Assisted Reproductive Technology,thesecurity ofin vitro fertilization（IVF） and offspring health problems attracted widespread attention.IVF pregnancy complicationsinclude spontaneous abortion,multiple pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and soon.Adverse obstetric outcomes were mainly seen in premature birth,low birth weight infants,neonatal death,birth defects and genetic imprinting disorders.
