摘要
目的：探讨行体外受精－胚胎移植（ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ）术后妊娠妇女的产科结局。方法：对我院分娩的２０例ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ术后妊娠妇女的产科情况进行回顾性分析，并与８２１０例同期住院分娩的非ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ术后妊娠妇女比较。结果：ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ者发生早产４５％（９／２０）、多胎５０％（１０／２０）、妊高征５５％（１１／２０）、前置胎盘３０％（６／２０）；剖宫产率８５％（１７／２０），明显高于非ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ者。提示：ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ术后妊娠妇女早产、多胎、妊高征、前置胎盘的发病率高，应予重视。
Objective:Toevaluatetheobstetricoutcomeofinvitrofertilizationandembryotransfer(IVF-ET)pregnancy.Method:Thisstudycomparedtheobstetricoutcomesof20casesofIVF-ETpregnancywiththatof8210deliveriesatthesameperiodinourhospital.Results:Therewere45%(9/20)pretermbirth,50%(10/20)multiplepregnancy,55%(11/20)pregnancyinducedhypertension,30%(6/20)placentapreviaand85%(17/20)cesareansectioningroupofIVF-ETpregnancy.Conclusion:Theincidencesofpretermbirth,multiplepregnancy,pregnancyinducedhy-pertensionorplacentapreviaweresignificantlyhigherinIVF-ETpregnancy.
