摘要
在册亨县油茶分布较集中的区域分别选择5 a、10 a、15 a、25 a、40 a等未开展任何油茶低产林改造措施的不同林分,在距油茶根基部0~30 cm、31~60 cm、61~90 cm处分别采集土样对土壤碱性磷酸酶活性进行测定,得出不同年限的油茶林地25 a时碱性磷酸酶活性达到最大值,25~40 a的变化水平相对较显著,不同距离的活性总体上随着距离的增加而呈现正相关关系,但变化水平不明显。
Different stand at relatively concentrated distribution area from low-yield forest of Camellia oleifera without any improvement measures in Ceheng County, Guizhou province were selected from 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 25 years, 40 years forests, respectively, soil samples were collected at 0-30 cm, 31 - 60cm, 61 - 90 cm from the C. oleifera base to determine the alkaline phosphatase activity of soil. The results showed that the alkaline phosphatase activity of C. oleifera forests land with different years of was up to maximum at 25 years, and the change level during 25 - 40 years was relatively significant, overall activity of different distance with increasing distance were positively correlated, but has not significant change level.
