摘要
对桂花裸根小苗根系采用黄泥浆+1%钙镁磷肥蘸根(处理1)、黄泥浆+生根剂(NAA奈乙酸)5 000倍液蘸根(处理2)、黄泥浆+1%钙镁磷肥+生根剂(NAA奈乙酸)5 000倍液蘸根(处理3)、不蘸黄泥浆(处理4),4种处理进行移栽对比试验,结果表明:以处理3的效果最好,平均成活率、平均新根率、平均抽梢率、地径、高度最高,分别达93.1%、93.1%、91.0%、1.00 cm、92.1 cm;处理1、处理2次之,平均成活率分别为86.7%、88.1%,平均新根率分别为86.7%、88.1%,平均抽梢率分别为86.1%、87.0%,平均地径分别为0.90 cm、0.92 cm,平均高度分别为76.8 cm、78.3 cm;处理4最差,平均成活率、平均新根率、平均抽梢率、平均地径、高度仅为60.1%、60.1%、50.5%、0.70 cm、64.8 cm。
The contradistinctive transplanting experiments were made on root bare-root seedlings of Osmanthus fragranswith with 4 kinds of treatments that yellow mud +1% calcium magnesium phosphate dipping root (treatment 1), yellow mud + rooting agent (NAA NAA) 5 000 times liquid dipping root (treatment 2), yellow mud +1% calcium magnesium phosphate and rooting agent (NAA NAA) 5 000 times liquid dipping root (treatment 3), without dip mud slurry (treatment 4). The results showed that: the effect of treatment 3 was the best, its average survival rate, average new-root rate, average sprouting rate, diameter, height was the maximum, up to 93.1%, 93.1%, 91%, 1, em, 92.1 em, respectively; Followed by treatment 1, treatment 2, the average survival rate were 86.7%, 88.1%, respectively, the average new root rate were 86.7%, 88.1%, respectively, the average shoot rates were 86.1%, 87%, respectively, average diameter were 0.90 em, 0.92 cm, respectively, the average height were 76.8 cm, 78.3 cm, respectively; treatment 4 is the worst, the average survival rate, the new rate, average root the average sprouting rate, average diameter, height were only 60.1%, 60.1%, 50.5%, 0.70 cm, 64.8 cm, respectively.
