摘要
以盆栽桂花为试材,研究不同土壤含水量对桂花幼苗光合作用及渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明:桂花幼苗叶片水分、叶绿素含量及叶片净光合速率和蒸腾速率随着土壤含水量的降低而下降;可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量随着土壤含水量的降低而升高。
The potted Osmanthus fragrans L seeding was used as materials to study the influence of the different moistures in soil on its photosynthesis and osmotic, The results showed that the content of water, chlorophyll, photosynthesis and transpiration were decreased with water content in soil was reduced but the soluble sugar and praline content were increased .
