摘要
《侵权责任法》的实施为我国责任保险发展带来了契机,同时我国责任保险也需要相应的革新以适应新的社会法律环境。本文分析了《侵权责任法》相对以往侵权法律规范的主要进步及其对我国责任保险发展产生的影响,在总结现阶段我国责任保险发展困境的基础上,对我国责任保险如何适应新的法律环境以持续发展提出相关建议。
The implementation of the ＂Tort Law＂ has brought opportunities for the development of China＇ s liability insurance. At the same time, the liability insurance industry needs innovation to adapt to the new so- cial and legal environment. This paper analyzes the major advantages of the ＂Tort Law＂ and its impact on the li- ability insurance. Then summarizes the reason of the slow development of liability insurance. In the end, it pro- poses some recommendations about how liability insurance could innovate to adapt to the new legal environment for sustainable development.
