摘要
目的:了解2011年长江流域6市(上海、杭州、南京、武汉、成都和重庆)医院用药金额排名前20位品种的变化。方法:据长江流域医院用药信息网2011年6市医院用药数据,结合临床应用,进行分析。结果:2011年上海等6市医院用药增长趋缓,大类药品结构稳定。用药金额排名前20位品种中,居首位的是胸腺肽或神经节苷脂,抗菌药物用量下滑,品种减少,人血白蛋白等生物制品需求增加。结论:长江流域6市医院销售排名前20位品种,是当今的畅销药品。
Objective： To disclose the change of top 20 drugs at sales in the six municipal hospitals （Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Chongqing） of Changjiang valley. Methods： The prescription data of the six municipal hospitals were analyzed according to the information from the Drug Information Network of Changjiang valley. Results： The prescribed drugs in those hospitals grew up slowly. The structure of the major drugs was stable. Among the top 20 drugs at sales, thymosin or ganglioside were the champion. The assumption and categories of antimicrobial agents decreased. The demand for biological products such as human albumins increased. Conclusion： The top 20 drugs at sales in the six municipal hospitals of Changjiang valley are now the best-selling drugs.
