摘要
目的分析机用Protaper镍钛锉在根管预备时的器械分离情况及原因。方法收集在临床根管预备中器械分离的机用Protaper镍钛锉共102根,记录器械分离器械的型号,扫描电镜观察其器械分离类型,并对器械分离器械在患牙中的分布、根管中的位置、与根管弯曲度之间的关系及与时间的关系进行分析。结果机用Protaper镍钛锉器械分离的类型多属弯曲器械分离(69.6%),且易发生于磨牙、根尖1/3、根管弯曲度大于30°的牙。前2年(2008年3月—2010年3月)器械器械分离74根(72.5%),后2年(2010年3月—2012年3月)为28根(27.5%)。结论机用Protaper镍钛锉器械分离与器械本身特点、患牙的根管状况、术者的操作经验及使用方法等因素紧密相关。
Objective To analyze fracture of Protaper nickel-titanium rotary instrument in root canal preparation and influencial factors.Methods 102 Protaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments were collected which fractured in clinical root canal preparation.Record the sizes of files,and observe the types of fracture with scanning electron microscope.The analysis was carried out in their distribution in teeth and canals,their relationship with degrees of curvature of canals,and their relationship with time.Results Most of the clinical fracture of nickel-titanium instruments was flexural fatigue which frequently occurred in molars,the apical 1/3 of roots,and canals with curvature more than 30°.Number of the broken nickel-titanium instruments in the previous two years(March 2008-March 2010) was 74(72.5%) while that in the later two years(March 2010-March 2012) was 28(27.5%).Conclusions The fracture of Protaper nickel-titanium instruments is closely related to the feature of instruments themselves,the anatomy of the root canals of involved teeth,the operator′s experience,the usage of instruments and so on.
