摘要
对地方高校培养应用型人才的办学理念及相关策略进行了分析,认为实施应用型人才教育、培养应用型人才是地方高校的首要任务。明确办学定位、打造重点专业、加强师资队伍建设、改革人才培养模式是地方高校培养应用型人才的策略。
The educational philosophy and strategy of the local colleges and universities for training applied talents are analyzed. The implementation of the education of applied talents is considered the primary task of the local colleges. The strategies on training applied talents in local colleges and universities are： establishing school-running orientation, supporting key specialties, strengthening the teaching staff, and reforming the mode of personnel training.
