摘要
目的研究分析高血压脑出血术后再出血的原因及防治对策。方法选取收治的210例已进行手术的高血压脑出血患者作为临床研究对象,将高血压脑出血术后再出血的患者设为M组,与术后未出血康复的患者设为N组,比较分析高血压脑出血术后再出血的原因及防治对策。结果 M组中48例高血压脑出血术后再出血患者的凝血功能异常、术中出血量、出血后凝块形状和患者进行手术治疗及脑出血后多长时间进行手术与术后再出血的发生有关,其中脑出血后多长时间进行手术与术后再出血的发生关系密切,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论出血后多长时间进行手术与术后再出血的发生率有重要关系,其中脑出血后7～20h进行手术治疗可以降低术后再出血。
Objective To study and analyse causes for rehaemorrhagia after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery and its prevention treatment. Methods Chose 210 cases of those hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients who have had surgery at our hospital as clinical study objectives, and set these rehaemorrhagia patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery as group M, and set these non-bleeding rehabilitated patients after surgery as group N, compared and analysed causes for rehaemorrhagia after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery and its prevention treatment. Results There were 48 cases of patients in group M suffered from rehaemorrhagia after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery, the research showed that patients＇ coagulation disorders, intraoperatve blood soss, clot shape after bleeding, operation time these factors, how long＇after intracerebral hemorrhage to do operation have correlation with cerebral hemorrhage attack time, among them, how long after intracerebral hemorrhage to do operation has close relationship with postoperative rehaemorrhagia,P〈0.05, it has statistics meaning. Conclusion How long after intracerebral hemorrhage to do operation has intimate relationship with happening rate of postoperative rehaemorrhagia, to proceed operation after 7-20 h of cerebral hemorrhage can reduce happening rate of postoperative rehaemorrhagia.
