摘要
目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的相关因素及护理对策。方法:回顾性调查我科收治的重型颅脑损伤并发肺部感染病例,分析原因,提出护理对策。结果:与意识障碍、多发伤、年龄大、合并其它疾病有密切关系。结论:早期沐舒坦雾化吸入、行之有效的排痰措施和加强基础护理非常重要。
Objective：To discuss the related factors of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by pulmonary infection and its nursing countermeasures.Methods：The cases of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by pulmonary infection treated in our department were reviwed,the causative analysis was performed and the nursing countermeasures were propesed.Results：Severe craniocerebral injury complicated by pulmonary infection was closely correlated with disturbance of consciousness,multiple injury,age and complicating disease. Conduslon：Early nebulized inhalation of mucosolvin,effective measure for eliminating phlegm and strengthening the basic nursing are very important.
