摘要
采用不同的肥料处理对菜心进行田间试验,测定其产量和品质,并进行经济效益分析,结果表明:常规施肥处理肥料用量最大,虽然菜心产量最高,但经济效益较低,而其硝酸盐含量最高,维生素C含量最低;配方肥处理收入和产投比最高,收入比常规施肥处理增加16.4%,产投比是常规施肥处理的4.05倍;化肥配施有机肥加土壤调理剂菜心品质最好,硝酸盐含量比常规施肥处理降低了31.4%,维生素C含量比常规施肥处理提高了22.1%。
Field experiment was carried out on flowering chinese cabbage with different fertilizer treatments,and the related indexes such as yield and quality were investigated,and then the economic benefit was analyzed.The results showed that the highest yield and the lowest economic benefit occurred in the regular fertilizing,due to its highest amount of fertilizer application,with the highest content of nitrates and the lowest content of vitamin C.The highest income and input output ratio were obtained in the special formulated fertilizer treatment.The former was 16.4% higher than the regular fertilizing treatment,while the latter was 4.05 times higher than that.The best quality was got in the treatment,which combined application of chemical fertilizer,organic fertilizer and soil conditioner.The nitrates content was reduced by 31.4%,while vitamin C content was increased by 22.1% compared with the regular fertilizing treatment.
