摘要
以河南郑州某住宅小区地下车库设计为例,对地库荷载取值、地库顶板配筋、地下室外墙配筋以及地库基础形式选择等方面进行了探讨.在满足地下车库结构安全的前提下,正确计算消防车道荷载、地下外墙水压力等地库荷载,优化地库顶板楼盖结构体系,降低地下车库的工程造价.
Based on the case of an underground garage in a residential block in Zhengzhou of Henan Province,this paper discusses the base loads,reinforcing bars for top slab and basement exterior walls,and the choice of the base forms.It shows that,on the premise of the structure security of the underground garage,many methods including the right calculation of base loads(such as fire lane load and wall water pressure),optimization of floor structure system,and a reasonable choice of base forms,can reduce the construction cost.
