摘要
介绍了印尼3×330 MW亚临界燃煤机组在启动过程中,机组从中压缸模式切换到高压缸模式的过程期间,高压缸保护误动事故的原因分析及处理过程。指出了导致本次事故保护误动原因,探讨了解决此种问题的几种方案,并最后确定了最佳解决方案。对存在类似问题的同类型机组有一定的参考作用。
The paper introduces cause analysis and treatment on malfunction of HPC (high pressure cylinder) during switching from intermediate pressure to high pressure in startup of Indonesian 3×330 MW subcritical coal-fired units. The paper points out causes for the malfunction of the protection and discusses several solutions to the problem; finally, it determines the optimal solution. It can provide reference for the same type units with similar problems.
