摘要
试验旨在研究在肉仔鸡饲料中添加不同剂量的葡萄糖氧化酶、复合酶对肉鸡生长性能的影响。试验选用健康1日龄AA肉鸡432只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡(公、母各半):试验Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮基础上添加500g/t复合酶和25g/t葡萄糖氧化酶、500g/t复合酶和100g/t葡萄糖氧化酶,Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组分别在基础日粮中添加250、500和1000g/t复合酶,试验期为42d。结果表明:1-21日龄及22~42日龄对照组肉鸡的平均日增重和料重比均与Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ组存在显著差异(P〈0.05),与Ⅳ、Ⅴ两组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。平均日采食量各组间无差异性差异(P〉0.05)。纵观肉鸡生长全期,对照组各项生长指标均低于各加酶组(Ⅳ组平均日增重略低于对照组),平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比与Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ组存在显著差异(P〈0.05),与Ⅳ、Ⅴ组相比无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结果显示,日粮中添加不同剂量复合酶能提高肉鸡生长性能,在复合酶的基础上添加葡萄糖氧化酶可进一步提高其生长性能。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of diets supplemented with glu- cose oxidase(GOD) and compound enzyme on the growth performance of broilers. 432 broilers (1 day-oht) were randomly assigned to 6 treatments with 6 replicates of 12 broilers each(6 ♂ + 6 9 ). Treatment I was provided with the basal diet, treatment Ⅱ, Ⅲ were the basal diet supple- rnented with 500 g/t of compound enzyme and 25 g/t of GOD, 500 g/t of compound enzyme and 100 g/t of GOD. Treatment Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ were fed the basal diets supplemented with 250 g/t, 500 g/l, 1 000 g/t of compound enzyme respectively. The trial period lasted 42 d. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ significantly increased the average daily gain and feed conversion ratio(P〈0.05), but the group IV, V increased the aver- age daily gain and feed conversion ratio without significant difference(P〉0.05), and all the groups are similar in daily feed intake(P〉0.05). For 1-42 d broilers, treatment Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ was superior than treatment I with all the growth indices (P〉0.05). The results indicated that: addi- tion of compound enzyme in diet can improve the growth performance of broilers. Adding GOD to the ration which was already added with compound enzyme in it can futher improve the growth performance of broilers.
