噻二唑苯基脲对粉蕉离体茎尖芽诱导及增殖效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为弄清噻二唑苯基脲(TDZ)对粉蕉离体茎尖芽诱导及增殖的效果,采用外植体诱导芽增殖继代培养后接种的方法,对其进行了试验。结果表明:MS+TDZ 0.2~2.0mg/L处理比对照吸芽褐化率低20~33百分点,芽月增殖率达7.1~18.9倍,增殖周期短15~20d;其中MS+TDZ 0.2~0.5mg/L比对照褐化率低30~33百分点,芽月增殖率高7.1~8.1倍,增殖周期短15~20d。MS+TDZ 0.2~0.5mg/L在降低粉蕉吸芽褐化率和褐化程度方面具有显著效果,极显著提高粉蕉芽月增殖率,同时缩短增殖周期。 In order to explore the effects of TDZ on in vitro stem tip induction and proliferation of dwarf banana,an experiment was conducted by inoculating stem tips after induction and proliferation.The results showed that the browning rate of MS+TDZ 0.2~2.0 mg/L was lower than the control by 20~33 percents.The monthly shoot proliferation rate was 7.1~18.9 times of the control.The proliferation cycle was shortened by 15~20 days;The browning rate of the treatment MS+TDZ 0.2~0.5 mg/L was lower than the control by 30~33 percents.The monthly shoot proliferation rate was 7.1~8.1 times of the control,the proliferation cycle was shortened by 15~20 days.MS+TDZ 0.2~0.5 mg/L had significant effect in reducing the dwarf banana bud browning rate and browning degree,significantly increased the proliferation rate and shortened the proliferation cycle.
