摘要
基于弹性变形理论,考虑低速重载齿轮箱箱体弹性变形对传动系统的影响,提出同轴偏移度的概念和计算公式。提出了采用同轴偏移度对箱体进行性能评价的新方法。以某款中心驱动减速器为例,将有限元法的分析结果与实际情况进行了对比,验证了该评价方法的可行性。
Based on the elastic deformation theory, considering the influence of the elastic deformation of gear case on the transmission system in low speed and heavy gearbox, the paper proposed a concept of coaxial offset degree and its calculation formula. Then a new method was adopted to evaluate the performance of gear case considering the coaxial offset degree. Taking a particular center drive reducer for example, the finite element method was utilized to analyze the performance of gear case. Finally, the feasibility of the new evaluation method was verified in practice working, which laid foundation for the performance evaluation standards establishment of the gearbox casing.
