摘要
采用近场测量方法和结构表面振动加速度测量方法测量齿轮箱的噪声和振动信号,通过频谱分析找到了噪声源,并计算分析了齿轮箱的动态特性对振动和噪声传播过程的影响,从而得出:采用粘弹性阻尼材料和齿轮变位修正,适合于降低齿轮箱的噪声水平。
The gear box's vibration and noise were determined by measuring its sur-face vibrational acceleration and in the vicinity of the sound field. The noisesource was therefore positioned by frequency spectrum analysis, and the effectof the gear box's dynamic bchavior on the propagations of vibration and noiseis calculated and discussed. It is found that the noise suppression of the gearbox is available if using visco--elastic damping materials within the gear boxwith gear's profile shifted.
