帕瑞昔布钠对妇科腹腔镜手术后镇痛效果的影响 被引量：2

摘要 选择性环氧化酶-2（COX-2）抑制剂具有良好的镇痛作用，帕瑞昔布钠是目前唯-可以通过静脉注射途径使用的-种特异有效的COX-2抑制剂，能选择性抑制COX-2，阻断炎症部位花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素，从而发挥其镇痛作用。由于对COX-1的抑制作用并不明显，因而在发挥镇痛作用的同时，
