摘要
以干式切削钻头为研究对象,改变类比、实验和仿制等传统的刀具设计方式。将参数化建模软件Solid-Works、有限元分析软件ANSYS和优化设计引入钻头设计,使得在满足产品综合加工性能的前提下,获得最佳的刀具几何参数。这样可以极大地缩短设计周期和设计成本,对提高企业刀具产品设计能力具有重要的现实意义。
The article change analogy, experiment and imitation of traditional way of cutting tool design in dry cutting drill bit as the research object. The parameterized modeling software Solidworks, finite element analysis software ANSYS and the optimization design of drill design, integrated processing performance in satisfying products under the premise of get the best of cutting tool geometry parameter. This can greatly shorten the design cycle and design costs, improve business tool product design ability has important practical significance.
