摘要
基于干切削机理和干切削用钻头的设计理论,采用Pro/E建模技术对钻头结构进行了参数化建模;利用ANSYS软件,就钻头前角对钻头最大应力和最大变形的影响进行了单因素的有限元数值计算和对比分析,并以提高刀具强度、刚度快速排屑为目标,进行了参数优化。
Using the Pro/E modeling technology, the parametrization modeling has been carried out on the cutting tool structure. With the ANSYS software, the single factor finite element numerical calculation and the contrastive analysis about the influence of the drill bit' s front rake on the maximum stress and deformation has been made. The parameters have been optimized in order to enhance the performance of the cutting tool intensity, the rigidity and the escape of chips.
