金川高应力碎裂岩体巷道变形与支护技术研究 被引量:15

摘要 分析了金川高应力碎裂岩体巷道围岩变形量大和流变变形显著这两个特点及其原因 ,给出了一次支护采用强力锚喷网、采用主动支护方法和提高第二次支护强度 3条支护对策 ,指出锚注支护是适合于金川高应力碎裂岩体特点的合理支护形式 ,并在金川二矿区 1 1 98水平修复巷道中成功试验了锚注支护 图 5 ,参 The engineering condition of Jinchuan nickel mine is very complex, it is well known in China and abroad. The problem of roadway support of weak rock mass in Jinchuan mine always be serious difficult during the mine building and producing. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the weak rock mass and the laws of weak rock mass roadway surrounding rock deformation in Jinchuan mine, gives three principles which are adopting strength bolting and shotcreting as a primary supporting, adopting the initiative support and improving the strength of the secondary support. According to the above study, the authors point out that bolting and grouting is the most reasonable support to the weak rock mass roadway in Jinchuan nickel mine. The successful experiment repairing the weak rock mass roadway with bolting and grouting in Jinchuan No.2 mine indicate that bolting and grouting is a new way to solve the problem of roadway support of weak rock mass in Jinchuan mine. 5figs.,5refs.
