金川深部超基性岩水化作用及对力学性能影响 被引量:1

Effect of hydration of ultrabasic rock on mechanical properties in deep mining of Jinchuan

摘要 金川二矿区矿体埋藏深而地压大,矿区地应力高,岩体节理裂隙发育,围岩稳定性极差.随开采延深、采场面积扩大,采场地压控制和巷道稳定性就成了开采过程重要问题.为了更好的了解巷道的超基性岩石,首先使用膨胀率测试仪对金川岩样的自由膨胀率及含水率测定,以及试件膨胀时的变形测定;再通过岩石抗压试验测定水对岩石强度和弹性模量的作用.实验表明:超基性岩的试件遇水软化,发生较大的变形,内部产生膨胀应力,造成岩石抗压、抗剪强度降低,使围岩发生膨胀变形破坏.通过实验发现金川超基性岩的膨胀软化特性,这对控制巷道的稳定性有一定的科学指导意义. The mineral body of Jinchuan NO.2 mining district has the characters of deep burial, high ground-pressure, developed well in joint fissure and poor stability in surrounding rock. The control of ground-pressure and maintaining stability of underground roadway increasingly arouse the concern of expertise with the extended and enlarged of mining. Experiments are conducted in order to better understanding the impact of ultrabasic rock on underground roadway. First of all, the free expansion and the water absorption rate and the deformation of rock, collected in Jinchuan, are determined by using the expansion ratio testing instrument. Secondly, the influence of water on rock strength and elasticity modulus was measured through compressive test of rock. The results showed that test specimen made of ultrabasic rock soften when encountering water and lager deformation and expansive pressure were generated, causing the lower in compressive and shear strength, then expansive failure in surrounding rock occurred. It has instructive significance on the control of underground roadway stability through experiments finding the expand-soften character of ultrabasic rock.
