摘要
[目的]研究耳穴压豆对维持性血液透析患者失眠的治疗效果。[方法]选取我院进行常规血液透析且均患有失眠的患者120例,辨证分型后予中医护理,并以神门、皮质下、枕、垂前、失眠为主穴,以心、肝、脾、肾、胆、胃为配穴,采用王不留行籽压法进行耳穴压豆治疗。以治疗前后入睡时间、睡眠时间、觉醒次数作为评价指标。并分析治疗前后睡眠改善患者人数的差异性。[结果]与治疗前相比,耳穴压豆治疗后患者入睡时间缩短、睡眠时间延长、觉醒次数减少,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]耳穴压豆结合中医护理对维持性血液透析患者的失眠具有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To study the treatment effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients with insomnia by ears pressure bean.[Methods]Select 120 pa tients of our hospital with regular hemodialysis and suffering from insomnia.By means of TCM differentiation of syndromes,and with Traditional Chinese medicine nursing,the curative effect observation of maintenance hemodialysis patients with insomnia by ears pressure bean.The main acupuncture points are Shenmen、Pizhixia、Zhen、Chuiqian、Shimian and the subordination points are Xin、Gan、Pi、Shen、Dan、Wei,using cowherb seed pressure for the treatment of ears pressure bean.Using the before and after treatment with falling asleep time,sleep time,number of awakening as the evaluation index.Analy sis the differences of the number in patients with sleep to improve before and after treatment.[Results] Compared with before treatment and after treat ment,the ears pressure bean patients falling asleep time is shortened,and the sleep time is extended,awakening times are reduced,and the differences have statistically significant.[Conclusion] The ears pressure bean on maintenance hemodialysis patients with insomnia and with Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has good treatment effect,and it is worth clinical application.
