摘要
有氧运动过程中内源性活性氧的生物学作用已被人们广泛关注 ,有氧力竭运动中产生的内源自由基可以诱导线粒体膜通透性转变孔道 (PTP)的出现 ,PTP影响线粒体的跨膜电位 ,进而对细胞的发育产生作用。有氧运动训练诱发的活性氧通过 NF- k B等转录因子调节细胞的基因表达及线粒体的生物发生过程。
The biological effect of exercise induced endogenous reactive oxygen species had been got extensive interest.The endogenous reactive oxygen species could induce a permeability transition pore(PTP)at the mitochondrial menbrane during aerobic exhaustive exercise.PTP influenced the transmembrane potential and cell proliferation.The endogenous reactive oxygen species induced with aerobic training might play a role in the regulation process of a gene expression of cell and mitochondrial biogenesis in striated muscle with the transcription factors (e.g.,NF kB).The process of adaptation to aerobic exercise training had close relationship with the endogenous oxidant mediated regulation.
