牛磺酸与运动康复

摘要 目的:探讨牛磺酸对机体运动能力的影响。资料来源:应用计算机检索Pubmed2000-01/2005-02有关牛磺酸对机体运动能力影响的文献,检索词“taurine,sport,weary,nutrition,recov-er”,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库2000-01/2005-01有关牛磺酸对机体运动能力影响的文献,检索词“牛磺酸、运动、康复”,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对检索到的牛磺酸与运动营养、运动疲劳关系的相关信息进行整理,选取针对性强的文章,同一领域的文献则选择近期发表或权威杂志的文章。资料提炼:共检索到36篇相关文献,其中14篇文章符合要求。排除22篇,其中10篇系重复同一研究,12篇较陈旧。资料综合:①牛磺酸作为一种运动营养补剂,在运动领域具有良好的应用前景。②牛磺酸虽然不参与蛋白质代谢,但它是重要的生理活性物质,和运动能力关系密切,牛磺酸提高机体运动能力主要是通过抵抗机体外周疲劳的产生而实现的。③运动可以使自由基生成增加,脂质过氧化反应增强,损伤组织细胞膜。补充抗氧化剂牛磺酸能阻抑这种改变,提高运动能力,但过量摄入对机体有副作用。结论:牛磺酸作为一种氨基酸对运动能力的提高和运动疲劳的改善都有积极意义。但牛磺酸的补充剂量及补充方式是一个有待进一步探讨的问题。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of taurine on motor ability of organism. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based search of Pubmed for literatures about the effect of taurine on motor ability of organism from January 2000 to Febuary 2005 was conducted with the key words of "taurine, sport, weary, nutrition, recover', and limited the language to English. Meanwhile, articles about the effect of taurine on motor ability of organism were retrieved in Chinese journals full-text database from Janury 2000 to January 2005, the key words were: "the taurine, the movement, are restored to health', and the language was limited to Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: Related articles about relationship between tanrine and athletic nutrition as well as athletic tiredness were screened" for articles with definite aims, those in the near future or from authorized magzines of the same domain were selected . DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 36 related articles were retrieved, of which 14 ones were in accordance with the inclusive criteria, and 22 ones were excluded, 10 ones were repetitve articles and 12 ones were old. DATA SYNTHESIS: ① As a tonic prescription of athletic nutrition, tanrine has a good applicating prospect in athletic domain. ②Although tanrine didn't participate in the protein metabolism, it played an important role in biological .activity matter, and related to motor ability closely. Tanrine enhanced the motor ability of organism mainly by resisting periphery tiredness. ③Exercise could increase free radical, reinforce lipid peroxidatie reaction and injure histiocyte cellular membrane. The replenishment of antioxidant taurine could inhibit these changes, enhance motor ability, but overdose using of taurine would yield side effect on organism. CONCLUSION: As an amino acids, taurine plays an positive role in the replenishment of motor ability and amelioration of athletic tiredness. As to the replenishing dosage and replenishing way, they are still problems to be probed into deeply.
