摘要
口腔癌是口腔外科常见恶性肿瘤,近年来的研究显示其发生、发展、侵袭转移和预后与体内小干扰RNA表达水平密切相关。因此本文通过对小干扰RNA产生机制、与肿瘤的发生、与口腔癌前病变、与口腔癌及与口腔癌的治疗等方面综述如下。
