摘要
以超纯磁铁精矿为原料 ,配合适当的添加剂 ,严格控制混料、制粒、预烧等工艺环节 ,成功地开发了磁铁精矿氧化与铁氧体生成反应同时完成新工艺 ,生产出高σs 的预烧料 ,其σs >71 5(A·m2 ) /kg ,含Fe2 +<0 2 %。
A new technology of simultaneously finishing the reactions of magnetite oxidation and strontium ferrite formation has been developed successfully through using super pure magnetite concentrate as a raw material, assisting with suitable additives and strictly controlling the presintering. Applying this technology, a strontium ferrite powder with σ s>71.5 (A·m 2)/kg and Fe 2+ <0.2% has been produced.
