摘要
本文研究了一种用于制造磁滞电机转子的磁滞合金,在FeCoV4合金的基础上通过化学成分的调整:添加Cr元素,减少V含量;冷轧工艺和热处理工艺的试验,获得了一种性能优于FeCoV4的新型磁滞合金。
A type of magnetic hysteresis alloy used for magnetic hysteresis motor rotor has been researched. The new type of hysteresis alloy superior to FeCoV_4 alloy in properties was achieved by the adjustment of chemical composition and the experiment on cold rolling process and heat treatment process based on FeCoV_4 alloy such as adding Cr and reducing V.
